Oboist and recorder player Carin van Heerden and the orchestra weave an exquisite tapestry of sound with colourful shades of the woodwind instruments, carried by the continuo harpsichord and the strings. A lively dialogue evolves between the groups. The entrancing „Affetuoso e molto Adagio“ is a peaceful and endearing conversation between the oboe and the violin. (Christa Moritz)
